Subject: Rainy night in DC=high energy from band and audience
My second show. It was a very hot day in the parking lot. alot of high vibes but not a drop of water to be found. Many heads took shelter under the bridges
...
in the shade, this made for drum circles and alot of people hanging under the bridges. It was fun. I went in to see Edie Brickelle and she was great. When the dead came out the skies opened up!! It rained so hard you can hear band members talking about it between songs. Anyway it was definately a show where the weather played a big part of the energy and dynamics between band/audience. You can hear how energized the crowd is between songs. And the music was played with energy and soul. It was a very high concert on the vibes. Also I want to add that this s a great recording. My old tape sounded like it was recorded outside of the stadium.
